Ingredients used in Crab (My Moms recipe)
• Chilli & coriander powder (equal prop) - 4 teaspoons.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 big.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 big.
• Oil - 1 or 2 tablespoons.
• Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coconut (cut or grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Ginger - 1 inch piece.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander & curry leaves - springs.
Method:

Make a Paste with following: Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Coconut, Fennel Seeds. Crab Perp: 1. Add Oil 2. Add Onion (Till golden brown), Add Curry Leaves, Salt 3. Add Paste (saute till coconuts color turns a little brown-dont over cook it) 4. Add Tomato (Cook till little soft) 5. Add Crab - Close lid for 5 min with medium flame 6. Add Turmeric, Chilli amp; Coriander powder 7. Add little water - stir it amp; close lid for 10 min 8. Garnish with Coriander leaves Serve hot with rice
