COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFED PAN FRIED CHILLIES

Ingredients used in COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFED PAN FRIED CHILLIES
• Banana pepper - 3 numbers.
• Paneer(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilies(chopped) - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Slit the banana pepper and remove seeds by using backside of spoon.
  • Take a bowl and add paneer, onions, red chilies, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, lime juice, salt and mix nicely and stuff inside banana.
  • Heat oil in a pan and place stuffed banana and shallow fry it until it is cooked.
  • Transfer into chopping board and cut into pieces.

Now cottage cheese stuffed pan fried chillies are ready to serve.
