Ingredients used in Coffee Cookies
• All purpose flour - 150 grams.
• Egg (optional) - 1/2 number.
• Sugar powder - 70 grams.
• Butter - 60 grams.
• Instant coffee powder - 5 grams.
• Milk - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, sugar powder, egg, mix it well.
  • Add all-purpose flour, instant coffee powder mix this well.
  • In this add milk mix it well till soft.
  • Take a cookies maker put the star-shaped nozzle, fill the mixture in this and make them any fancy shape you want.
  • Bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.

better use the instant coffee with a little bit of warm water.. that way it will mix well with the batter, the cookies will be more flavorous. Also that will make the batter of right consistency.
