Ingredients used in COCONUT BURFI
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coconut (grated) - 1-1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
Take a pan, add sugar,water and boil to make sugar syrup. To it add cardamom powder, grated coconut and cook it until we get slightly lump mixture. Later switch off the flame and add ghee for additional flavoring. Apply ghee to the tray, transfer coconut mixture on it and press it slightly. Allow it rest and cut into pieces. *Now coconut burfi is ready to serve.*
