Ingredients used in Cobb Salad Pitas
• Chicken breast - 2.5 cups.
• Cheese - 60 grams.
• Tomato - half cup.
• Pita loaves - 4 numbers.
• Avocado - 1 number.
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Dijon mustard - half tea spoon.
• Egg (boiled) - 1 number.
• Lettuce - 2 cups.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a bowl whisk together mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and add oil in a stream, whisking until emulsified.
  • Peel, pit, and finely chop avocado and add to dressing. Add chicken, tomato, bacon, and cheese and toss lightly.
  • Divide romaine among pita halves. Divide chicken mixture among pita halves and sprinkle with egg.
