Ingredients used in CLUSTER BEANS PRAWNS FRY
• Cluster beans - 1 cup.
• Prawns - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry coconut powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 10 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Curry leaves - 2-3 stricks.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Salt as per taste - 0.
• Oil as required - 0.
• Grated coconut powder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  1. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add chopped Cluster beans.
  3. Add garlic and chopped onion.
  4. Add a pinch of turmeric.
  5. Add grated coconut powder.
  6. Saute all these nicely.
  7. Add some curry leaves.
  8. Add coriander powder.
  9. Add cumin powder.
  10. Add coriander leaves.
  11. Add prawns to this pan.
  12. Saute all these for 5 mins nicely.
  13. Then off the stove.
  14. That's it yummy and tasty dish is ready to serve with chapathi.
