CLUSTER BEANS AND POTATO FRY WITH SESAME SEEDS & COCONUT

Ingredients used in CLUSTER BEANS AND POTATO FRY WITH SESAME SEEDS & COCONUT
• Cluster beans - 1 cup.
• Potato - 1 number.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Corinader powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil, clustered beans, then add salt as per taste and fry it.
  • After that add garlic, chopped green chilies, chopped onions mix it and cook it for some time.
  • Then take a mixie jar and add sesame seeds, fresh coconut and make acoarse powder.
  • Now add turmeric powder, curry leaves, potato pieces, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, and mix it nicely.
  • Then add sesame seeds powder, coriander leaves, pepper powder mix it and cook it.

Serve with hot
