Ingredients used in CLEAR SOUP WITH CHICKEN BALLS
• Chicken stock - 1-2 cup.
• Chicken mince - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Corn flour - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Heat a pan, add chicken stock and boil it. Take a plate, add chicken mince, a little salt, pepper powder, corn flour and mix nicely. Slightly grease your hands with oil and make small dumpling and drop into boiling chicken stock. Once it is cooked transfer chicken balls into serving bowl and top it with few dill leaves and chopped spring onions. On its top pour the boiled soup and serve it hot.
