| • Cabbage - 1 leaf. | |
| • Tomato seeded (finely chopped) - 1/4 numbers. | |
| • Small onion - 1 numbers. | |
| • Carrot (peeled) - 1 oz. | |
| • Spinach stem (finely chopped) - 1 leaf. | |
| • Floret cauliflower - 1 numbers. | |
| • French bean - 1 numbers. | |
| • Mint (finely chopped) - 3-4 leaf. | |
| • Coriander (finely chopped) - 3-4 leaf. | |
| • Ginger (peeled) - 1/4 numbers. | |
| • Pod garlic - 1 numbers. | |
| • Dried red chilies (deseeded and crushed well) - 1/2 numbers. | |
| • Soya sauce - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Salt - to taste. | |
| • Oil - 1 tablespoons. | |
| • Cornflour - 1 tablespoons. | |
| • Water or vegetable stock - 3 cup. | |
| • Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Vinegar - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Green chilies (slited) - 2 number. |
Finely chop (either manually or in the electric chopper), the capsicum, cabbage, onion, carrot, cauliflower, bean, ginger, garlic, all together.
Heat oil in a wok or pan, add all vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Then add 2(1/2) cups of water and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, mix corn flour in the remaining water and add to the boiling soup.
Stir continuously, till boil is resumed. Cook till the clarity returns.
Add the soya sauce, salt, sugar and crushed chilies. Stir well.
Serve piping hot with chopped green chilies in vinegar and soya sauce.
