Chocolate Dipped Butter Cookies

Ingredients used in Chocolate Dipped Butter Cookies
• All purpose flour - 150 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Icing sugar - 40 grams.
• Butter - 115 grams.
• Melted chocolate - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence mix this like creamy texture and add all purpose flour, mix it like a soft piping consistency.
  • Take a piping bag and drop the mixture into it, and pipe them like sticks, into the baking tray.
  • Bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes.
  • Both the ends of the cookies dip it in the melted chocolate and put it in the plate and rest it for few minutes, then serve it.

Chef how do v measure in grams.... It would b Nice if measurements are given in cups and spoons......or do v get gram measuring equipments??????thank u

hope this helps, ut if not, there are many converters online, just google it.. in my country we use the metric system so grams are just perfect for me allrecipes com/howto/cup-to-gram-conversions/

It's not that hard to convert it over into cups, tablespoons, etc. Especially when you can simply use Google, or search for a calculator.
