Ingredients used in Chinese Fried Rice
• Basmati rice - 2 cup.
• Carrots - 2 numbers.
• Beans - 1/4 lbs.
• Green chillies - 6-8 numbers.
• Spring onions (with leaves) - 2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - 2 teaspoons.
• China salt (ajanamoto) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Cook basmati rice separately with little salt.
  • Cut carrots, beans, spring onions and green chillies into very tiny pieces and boil them separately with little salt.
  • Take 2 tblsp of oil in the sauce pan and heat it.
  • When it is quite hot, put boiled vegetables into it and fry them for 6-7 minutes.
  • Add little china salt, soya sauce to veggies and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add basmati rice and mix well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 1 tsp of pepper powder at the end.

great work. i just love the chinese fried rice and i have been looking for a recipe. i have also looked at a few other food items from here, i am mighty impressed. keep it up.
