CHILLY GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients used in CHILLY GARLIC SAUCE
• Cloves - 5 numbers.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger - half number.
• Whole black pepper - 10-15 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic pods - 2 numbers.
• Red chilly powder or 10-15 dry red chilly - half cup.
• Vinegar - half cup.
Method:
  • Grind all the ingredients in a fine paste.
  • Add some more vinegar to achieve desired consistency. boil it till very hot. 5 to 10 minutes. cool it.
  • Fill in a air tight glass bottle.
