CHILI GARLIC FRIED RICE WITH CRACKLING SPINACH

Ingredients used in CHILI GARLIC FRIED RICE WITH CRACKLING SPINACH
• Boiled rice - 1 cup.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Red chilies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Oil - 3 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add red chilies, garlic slices and reduce flame, then add rice and toss it.
  • To it, add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and saute it, add salt and steam rice.
  • Then add vinegar and toss it and transfer into a plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add spinach coated with corn flour and transfer into paper towel.
  • Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds transfer into a plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add egg and cook it and place on top of rice.
  • Arrange fried spinach on top of rice

Serve it hot.
