Ingredients used in chicken sauted with spring onion
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies(chopped) - 2-3 numbers.
• Spring onion - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic chopped - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts (powdered) - 20 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Add some oil in a pan when it gets hot add cumin seeds, chopped ginger garlic, cook this till raw flavor is gone then add spring onions (white part), add salt, green chilies, saute it.
  • Until onions are slightly brown in color, add coriander powder, redchili powder, garam masala powder, coarsely grounded cashew nuts powder, cook this few minutes then add pieces of the chicken mix this chicken along with masala and put the lid on and let it cook till it is tender.
  • Then add spring onions, mix this and switch off the flame.

Serve this with chapatti, naan, pulka.
