Ingredients used in Chicken Murukku
• Chicken - 1/2 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Boil chicken in water until it is soft and remove water and transfer into a bowl and mash it like as shown in video. Add carom seeds, red chilli powder, salt and mix nicely. To it add rice flour, chickpea flour, slightly hot oil and mix nicely. Add water and make a slightly stiff dough. Take small dumpling and place it in murukku press and press it in hot oil. Once it fried and crispy transfer into paper towel. Now chicken murukku is ready to serve.
