1. wash the chicken and cut into small pieces.(same as the size of chicken65) 2.now take half of the coriander leaves,chillies (4-5) as per your taste,half a bunch of mint leaves, ginger small piece,garlic cloves and grind them into thick paste without adding any water. 3. put salt into the paste and mix well...taste it and see if u need more chilli#39;s or salt and add accordingly... 4.now apply this paste to the chicken pieces. you can also apply turmeric powder too. 5.now take a baking sheet and apply some oil to it .put the chicken peices in the sheet and pour 1-2 spoons of oil on top of it. 6.now turn on the oven to broil and leave the chicken till it gets cooked may take around 20-30 mins...check every 10 mins to see if the chicken is cooked and turn them also otherwise it may burn.add oil if needed 7.after the chicken is done remove it from the oven and if u wish u can eat it like that or 8.Turn on the stove and take a pan put 1-2 spoons oil. now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste curry leaves u can also add cashew nuts.then add chicken pieces and saute them now sprinkle coriander poweder on top and remove from stove.. 9.garnish it with coriander chilli and mint leaves...and add lime juice before eating.. 10.your chicken chilli tikki is ready to eat.
