Ingredients used in Chicken Bhajji
• Chicken boneless (cut into small pieces) - 500 grams.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoon.
• Maida / all purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Jeera - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (sliced) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (slited) - 4 number.
Method:
  • Mix the cornflour, egg, maida, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, and make a thick mixture.

  • Add the chicken pieces in it. Let it marinate for 1 hour.

  • Then deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil.

  • Take little of that oil, add some onion, green chillies, sauteand add to the chicken for garnish.

DeliciousChicken Bhajji is now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
