Ingredients used in chicken Sheek Kabab
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Kabab masal - 1 pinch.
• Fat chicken - 20 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Chilli powder - 3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - pinch.
• Cheese ( optional) - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 4 numbers.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Garam masal powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onions fried - 20 grams.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
Method:
  1. Take boneless chicken add garlic ginger, red chili powder,garam masala, coriander powder, fried onions, cheese, coriander leaves.
  2. Now take this mixture and blend till it becomes a fine paste and add egg, salt into it and blend once more. transfer it to a bowl if required add bread crumbs and mix well.
  3. take Sheek spread the minced chicken and put it in the oven or if you don't have oven take oil for frying,
  4. take wooden spoon spread chicken and remove it from the spoon very slowly and deep fry them it becomes golden brown color.

You don't need to use egg. Egg is basically 2 things. Fat and binding. Instead of egg if you want less dry and more moist rich kebab, just add 2 tablespoons of butter or ghee. If you want binding effect of egg, you can substitute with bread crumb

pls tell me if I can prepare the kebabs mix and refrigerate them for a while before I grill them, since I have to prepare in advance and keep. will they turn out as fresh and taste the same if I refrigerate the mix?
