Ingredients used in cheesy mushroom omlette
• Fresh ground pepper - to taste.
• Mushrooms - 200 grams.
• Mozarella or cheddar cheese - to taste.
• Onion medium diced - 1/2 numbers.
• Green capsicum - 1 numbers.
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Milk - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
fistly, slice mushrooms. in a wide tawa, put some oil, add diced onions, capsicum, and mushrooms, and little salt and saute until the water dries out. meanwhile beat the eggs thoroughly with some milk. pour in the eggs onto the above tawa with sauted vegetables. let the eggs set ttle down. sprinkle some salt and pepper powder. let cook. spread some shredded mozarrella or cheddar cheese, fold and serve hot.
