Ingredients used in CHEESE LINGS
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Cheese - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, butter, cheese and mix nicely to make a dough.
  • Dough should not be too soft and allow it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into thin sheet and dust some flour, cut into small square shape with knife deep fry in moderately hot oil.Transfer into paper towel.

CHEESE LINGS is ready to serve.

Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have been looking for these for a while now. I had them at a restaurant and didn't know the name. I could eat these things like popcorn! Now I can make them myself. What kind of cheese did you use? Again
