Ingredients used in channa dhal balls gravy
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Tamarind - 20 grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Salt - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Dried chillies - 4 numbers.
• Channa dhal - 200 grams.
• Sauf,jeera,hing,mustard - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Chilly powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Dhaniya powder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
soak channa dhal for 1 hour and then grind it with chillies,salt,jeera ,turmeric powder and sauf.then add the coriander leaves and mix it.then make small balls and steam it.take a pan add oil put mustard and hing and fry onion,gingergarlic paste and tomatoes and fry it.then add take tamarind juice and add chilly powder,dhaniya powder and salt.bring it to boil and when it is little thick add the balls and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
