Ingredients used in Cauliflower curry
• Cauliflower - 1 big.
• Potatos - 2 small.
• Ginger garlic paste - half cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilli power - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 cup.
• Onions - 2 small.
• Tomato - 1 small.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Cut Cauliflower in small chunks. 2. Cut potatos in thin and small pieces. 3. Cut onions and tomatos finely. 4. Heat oil in pan and add cauliflower to it. Add salt and turmeric powder. Fry on medium heat till cauliflower is more than half cooked. Do not add any water during this time. Just fry in oil.(Do not deep fry) 5. Remove cauliflower and in same oil fry potatos. 6. Remove potatos. Now in same oil put onions and fry till golden brown. 7. Add chilli power, coriander powder and Ginger garlic paste. 8. Fry nicely till it starts leaving oil. 9. Add tomatos and fry till you see oil on the sides. 10. add 2 cups of water. 11. Now add fried Cauliflower and potatos. 12. let it boil for 2 mins and then add salt if required, coriander leaves 13. Put off the flame and add garam masala and keep lid on the pan.

I am a bachelor living with friends. I tried this recipe and it turned out to be really good. I used a bit excess of 'garam masala' and the result was somewhat spicy cauliflower curry. Turned out to be really good. Thanks!

I made mild changes, like shallow frying (Beleive me, the whole dish took up less than quarter cup of oil)the veges and adding just a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste(as my family members are against the strong flavour), the dish was perfect with Jee
