Ingredients used in Capsicum curry
• Make powder:- [fry little] - .
• Besan - 2 OR 3 tablespoons.
• Salt up to taste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chile powder - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ginger & garlic paste [optional] - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Medium onion chopped - 1 numbers.
• Capsicum - 2 large.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
How to make: 1 Take a pan,heat oil , add chopped onions let them cook 2 OR 3 Min#39;s stir occasionally 2 Add chopped Capsicums and stir, keep lid cook until Capsicum cooks 8/10 Min#39;s in between stir occasionally 3 Add ginger amp; garlic Paste 4 And add Turmeric,Chile Powder and Salt stir keep lid 2 Min#39;s [check chiliamp;salt depends upon taste] 5 Add Jeera,Coriander,Sesame Powder stir keep 4 Min#39;s 6 Finally add Besan powder and stir frequently 2 Min#39;s 7 That#39;s it Capsicum curry is ready and enjoy
