CAPSICUM CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in CAPSICUM CHUTNEY
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1-2 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tamarind - 2 piece.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add capsicum, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, tamarind, salt and cook it slightly.
  • Crush capsicum mixture with pestle into a coarse paste.

Now the capsicum chutney is ready to serve.
