CAPPUCCINO MUFFINS

Ingredients used in CAPPUCCINO MUFFINS
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Coffee powder - 2 tea spoon.
• Sugar or caster sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Butter - 60 grams.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Creamy cheese - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, coffee powder, sugar, baking powder, mix it well and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add milk, egg, butter mix it well.
  • Then pour into the all-purpose flour mixture and mix it nicely.
  • Take a muffin mould greased butter Pour this mixture and bake at 180º C for 10-15 minutes.
  • Then take a bowl, add cream cheese, little sugar, coffee powder and mix it nicely.
  • Cut the muffins in the centre, in between and spread the cream cheese.
  • Now the CAPACCINO MUFFINS is ready to serve.

both da heating rods that is top n bottom in oven shld be heated??

I think this recipie should be called coffee whoopie pies not muffins , muffin mix should be thick and lumpy and should be little bit crunchy on top and soft in middle?
