BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients used in BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN
• Carrots (long slices) - 1/4 cup.
• French beans (long slices) - 1/4 cup.
• Green peas - 1/4 cup.
• Mushrooms - 4-3 numbers.
• Chicken (breast and leg pieces) - 300 grams.
• Butter milk - 1-1/2 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green peas - 1/4 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan, boil water in it and add carrots, french beans, green peas, mushrooms and boil it.
  • Soak chicken (with skin) in butter milk with little salt in it for overnight.
  • Beat one egg in bowl and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add all purpose flour, mixed herbs, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, salt and mix nicely, later coat chicken pieces in it and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Then coat chicken pieces in egg mixture, again coat it with flour mixture and shallow fry them.
  • Heat little olive oil in a pan, add ½ teaspoon of garlic, onions, salt, boiled vegetables, green peas, mushrooms, pepper powder and saute it, slight cook it.
  • Take a serving plate and arrange chicken and vegetables.

Now buttermilk fried chicken is ready to serve.

Why are you so stupid. You never fry in a low flame, it absorbs the oil, and learn to use some proper English.?
