Ingredients used in Butter milk Raisin Walnuts Muffins
• Walnuts - 50 grams.
• Raisins - 70 grams.
• Butter milk - 140 grams.
• All purpose flour - 200 grams.
• Baking powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Sugar - 100 grams.
• Butter - 40 grams.
• Butter milk - 140 ml.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In the kitchen planetary machine, add sugar, egg, and butter mix it for a minute.
  • Add baking powder in all purpose flour mixture.
  • Add vanilla essence, walnuts, raisins, butter milk, all purpose flour in a planetary machine, mix it for 2 minutes.
  • Take a spoon full of mixture and pour into the muffin moulds, and add walnuts on top and bake them at 200 c for 15 minutes.
