BUFFALO WINGS  CRAZY SAUCE

Ingredients used in BUFFALO WINGS CRAZY SAUCE
• Chicken wings - 500 grams.
• Parsley chopped (coriander leaves) - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1/4 cup.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Tabasco sauce - 2 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Marinate the chicken wings with buttermilk, salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, leave it for 2 hours and drain the liquid.
  • Coated the chicken wings with all-purpose flour and deep fry until golden brown, take it aside.
  • Take some butter in a pan, add chili paste (soaked in the vinegar), salt, sugar, Oyster sauce, chili powder, vinegar, Tabasco sauce, add chopped garlic, chopped parsley and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Toss chicken wings in the sauce and serve it.
