BROCCOLI PARATHA

Ingredients used in BROCCOLI PARATHA
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Broccoli (grated) - 1 cup.
• Amchur paratha - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Butter (cube) - 1 no.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, little salt and saute it. Add green chillies, grated broccoli, amchur powder and saute it. Add curry leaves, salt and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Take a bowl add wheat flour, little salt, oil and water mix it nicely to make a paratha dough.
  • Divide dough into portion and make round flat shape with hand and stuff the broccoli mixture and seal the edges.
  • Dust some flour and roll the paratha. Place it on hot tawa with little oil and cook it on both sides. At last add butter on both sides and slightly rotate it.

Now broccoli paratha is ready to serve.

Paratha is quite preferred north Indian breads that's prepared in the majority of north Indian homes, restaurants and dhabas. Paratha is usually the primary morning meal specifically in North India and primarily in the state of Punjab. Every home in north India has its own method of preparing the paratha using various stuffing and spices. These breads differ from area to area highlighting the variety of Indian culture and food habits.

Parathas are frequently filled with various veggies, green leafy vegetable, lentils, paneer (Indian Cheese Cottage) or mince meat. There are many versions of stuffed parathas including Aloo Paratha, Gobi Paratha or Keema Paratha and many other.

In case you are having parathas in Punjab then do not be amused if you find people drinking a tall glass of lassi together with the paratha. A good stuffed paratha is quite heavy which is sufficient meal alone and you will probably feel like having a good sleep after having 2 or 3 parathas in Punjab where they're cooked with ghee and offered with lot of butter and lassi.

Paneer Paratha is a popular Punjabi paratha recipe. A delicious double-layer of paratha stuffed with spiced paneer is an experience individuals must die for.

Oats Masala Paratha is yummy quite an appealing, nutritious combination! Oats is a fantastic powerhouse of nutrition and awesomely delicious breakfast with great goodness and health benefits.

Garlic Parathas Are Indian flat whole wheat bread with garlicky flavor.

Kerala parotta - Malabar Paratha, the name alone makes the mouth water. Any dish from the Malabar region is a delicacy. The delicious delicately cooked, mild flavored Malabar recipes are a pride to South Indian cooking. The Malabar cuisine is famous for the non-vegetarian recipes. These layered flaky flat bread just melts away in your mouth. This is one bread which demands ultimate patience and care while in process. This is made of maida and tastes excellent with Veg Korma or any gravy.

Tasty Onion Paratha Onion Bread is an amazing Indian flat bread that is flavored with onion water, stuffed with onion masala and pan fried until done.

Masala Egg Paratha is a delicious Indian flat bread made with grated boiled egg spice mix stuffed in whole wheat bread dough and pan fried until golden in color.

Gobi has been combined with a masala and used as a stuffing for a paratha. Serve these hot golden brown parathas glistening with ghee, with some plain curd or pickle.

Mooli paratha Radish paratha is a very popular dish in North India. It is a paratha made by stuffing grated radish mixed with spices and baked on a tawa.

Mint Paratha Popular Indian whole wheat flat bread flavored with mint (pudina).

Beetroot Paratha   is a beautiful bright colored paratha that is healthy and delicious to. Serve with curd, curries or chutneys.

Pyaz Tamater Tikkar Rajasthani Paratha -A popular Rajasthani paratha made with corn meal flour (makkai ka atta), whole wheat flour mixed with some finely chopped onion, tomatoes and other spices and pan fried like a paratha.

Palak Paneer Paratha a whole wheat flour Indian flat bread stuffed with a mix of spinach and paneer (Indian cottage cheese).

Green peas paratha is a very delicious, healthy and filling breakfast. It can be served with pickles or curd.
