Ingredients used in broccoli chutney
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Moong dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilli - 7 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 big.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Broccoil - 15-20 florets piece.
• Red chilli - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 6 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Cilantro - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
Take 6 tbsp of oil in a pan on a low heat and add onions,..once the onions cooks add broccoli, tomatos, cilantro and a cup of water.....and cook the whole thing until the water disappears In the mean while take 2 tbsp of oil in a small pan and add chana dal and moong dal and cook them... Now take the broccoli mixture and the above seasoning in to a food processor...in the last add 2 tbsp of lime juice........and dont make a fine paste of chutney....the main reason of geting this chutney done in a food processor is to get a nice taste of chana dal and moong dal while u eat... now take another pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and add red chillis, cumin seeds and mustard seeds and mix the mixture in to the chutney.....
