BREAD STICKS

Ingredients used in BREAD STICKS
• All purpose flour - 110 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Yeast - 2-3 grams.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Water - 60 ml.
• Carom seeds - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil, water and mix it to make a hard dough, keep aside for 30 -40 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and and roll it with hands like as shown in video.
  • Sprinkle carom seeds and roll it again and keep aside for 30 minutes so that proofing take place.
  • Transfer into baking tray, give gases and bake at 220 degree for 15 minutes.

Now the bread sticks are ready to serve with cheese.
