Ingredients used in Bread Rolls
• Butter unsalted - 4 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Yeast dry - 2 teaspoons.
• Eggs (optional) - 2 number.
• All purpose flour/maida - 4 cup.
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add dry yeast to warm milk, sugar, mix well and leave it for 10 minutes to dissolve the yeast.
  • In another bowl, add eggs, beat them then add to yeast mixture, butter mix well.
  • Take a big bowl add maida, salt, a mixture of beaten egg and yeast, add slowly and keep mixing to form a soft, sticky dough.Knead the dough, add 1 teaspoons of oil, until smooth and cover with a kitchen towel, let it rise for 2 hours until double in size.
  • After 1 hour turns the dough out onto a floured work surface, knead until smooth, shiny and elastic and rest it for another 10 minutes.
  • Take a bowl add one egg mix well for eggwash if required can add water to it and mix it again.
  • Now Divide the dough into small rounds or shapes as required place the rolls on a buttered baking tray or dish. cover it with a towel for 30minutes then brush eggwash the roll.
  • Preheat the oven to 225C bake for 15-20 until golden brown color. Once it is done then apply butter on top of it.

@ sopnil9 its called Yeast (hameera) in urdu. U can find it any grocery store, Active yeast which is he using or instant yeast which u just add to flour directly. Hope that helps.
