| • Onion - 1 numbers. | |
| • Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons. | |
| • Fenugreek seeds - 4 numbers. | |
| • Dry red chillies - 8-9 numbers. | |
| • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoons. | |
| • Tamarind - 1 piece. | |
| • Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Curry leaves - 1 springs. | |
| • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Bottle gourd pieces - 1 cup. | |
| • Ground nuts(boiled) - 1/2 cup. | |
| • Sugar - 1 teaspoons. | |
| • Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch. | |
| • Salt - 0 to taste. | |
| • Oil - 3 tablespoons. |
1. Roast the tomatoes and onion directly on the flame or place it on the pulka maker(mesh). 2. Place the tomatoes in water and remove the peel of onion and tomatoes. 3. Take a pan and add coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, sesame seeds, tamarind and dry roast it and transfer it into a blender and blend it. 4. Add tomatoes, onions and blend it again into a smooth paste. 5. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, bottle gourd, ground nuts and place the lid and cook it for 5 min on slow flame. 6. Now add smooth masala, water and check for seasoning. 7. Add salt and boil it for 5 mins and add sugar, coriander leaves. 8. Now the gravy is ready to serve with rice.

Just Superb. I could try only today. Awesome. It has come out well with nice taste and aroma. Even people in my house who don't take Bottle Gourd generally, appreciated this dish asking for more. Thanks a lot.
