when i fried the boondis they did not drop as boondis in the oil but as a mass of besan . Why ? i used boondi ladle. Other thing i want to know is which besan is best for making boondi ......fine or coarse.?

chef I did this laddu today but I got caramelization in nice way and I made one laddu and rest out boondhi could not form laddu.. let me know the reason ..?
