If anyone still want to remove the bitterness, they can cut the karela and mix salt and keep it overnight.And then use the same the next day to cook. I ususally follow the same.?

That WAS funny. I guess he should have asked someone if that was advisable. EVERYONE that I know that eats/drinks bitter melon drinks the DRIED bitter melon as a tea after it has steeped for 5 or so minutes in hot water. NOT drinking the extracted JU

For the bitter melon juice: Just remove the seeds from the bitter melon and grind add water, lemon (optional) salt (optional), honey(optional). Then seave and serve it’s very yummy. We all drink it’s really good.
