Ingredients used in Bhuteko Masu
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Mustard oil - 1 cup.
• Ginger - 2 teaspoons.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Yoghurt - 50 grams.
• Asafoetida - 2 pinch.
• Cinnamon - 1 stricks.
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Green cardamoms - 4 numbers.
• Lamb leg cut into medium pieces - 1000 grams.
• Garam masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1.wash the lamb and drainnbsp;well.

2.mix together the whole spices,half the asafoetida,yoghurt,turmeric powder,salt, half the onions,ginger,mustard oil and a little water .add lamb and cook in a heavy-bottomed pan till it is almost done.dry any remaining liquid ,remove from the flame and put aside.

3.in a flat pan,heat the butter.add the remaining onions and fry till golden brown.drain the excess oil and keep aside.

4.to the same pan, add the semi cooked lamb and fry.stir occasionally and cook till it is fully done and turns dark brown in colour.

5.add the green garlic.fry until it gets soft and changes colour.add the powder ingredeints, chilli powder and garam masala.fry for 5 more mins, check the seasoning and serve hot.
