Ingredients used in Mutton Curry in Bhuna Style
• Oil - as required.
• Mutton pieces - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Kasoori methi powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Capsicum (chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan,add mutton pieces and saute for about 15 to 20 minutes till mutton turns slightlybrown in color.
  • Now, add chopped onions, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and cook till mutton turns tender enough (if pressure cooked, allow 5 to 6 vessels)
  • Heat oil in a fresh pan, add tomato puree, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, kasoori methi powder, red chili powder, saute tilltomato puree losses its raws flavor, add chopped capsicum pieces, cook well, transfer to the cooking pan with mutton pieces and saute for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Hot and delicious Mutton Curry in Bhuna Style is now ready to serve with hot rice or roti of your choice.
