BATANI BATH

Ingredients used in BATANI BATH
• White peas - 1 cup.
• Carrot(chopped) - 1 number.
• Potato (boiled) - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 1 number.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Soak white peas overnight and boil it nicely with salt in it.
  • Now in a hot pan add some oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, green chilies, curry leaves, salt and tomatoes saute them.
  • Now add carrot and after mixing it cook it for 2-3 minutes in slow flame. Add boiled white peas and a little water put a lid on it, cook it for 2 minutes, in the last add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Now batanibath is ready to serve.
