Ingredients used in Okra Naan - Ladies' Finger Naan
• Dry yeast - 1 tea spoon.
• Warm water - as required.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - as required.
• All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups.
• Butter - as required.
• Okra (ladies' finger) - 10 number.
• Sambar powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Soak dry yeast inlukewarm water by adding a pinch of both sugar and salt. Now to the same bowl add all-purpose flour, butter, mix it to a soft dough and rest it for about 10 to 15 minutes. Ina plate add the chopped okra(ladys finger), salt, sambar powder, mix it and keep aside. Takesmallportions of the prepared dough, roll it to rotis, top them with the prepared lady's finger mixture, apply butter and bake at 180 degrees for10 minutes. Serve it.
