Ingredients used in BEETROOT DOSA
• Beetroot(pieces) - 1 number.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add beetroot, cumin, water and cook it. 2. When the beetroot is cooked then strain the water. 3. Transfer mixture into mixie jar and blend into the smooth paste. 4. Add rice flour, all purpose flour, salt and mix thoroughly. 5. Heat the tawa and place one ladleful dosa batter and cook on both side using oil. 6. Now pink colour dosa is ready to serve with onion pieces and any chutney.
