Ingredients used in beera kaya pottu podi curry
• Moong dal - 3 tablespoons.
• Green chilles - 5-7 numbers.
• Onion - half or full numbers.
• Ridegourd peel - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
Method:
Take Ridge gourd peel wash it and drain this . now take moong dal and soak it in water for 15min. now just grind ridge guard peel coarsely by adding little salt and turmeric now take this into a bowl and keep aside.meanwhile cut onions into cubes and grind onions and green chilles coarsely .now take a pan and add jeera mustard urad dal and curryleaves.and add coarsely grinded onion chilli paste to this and fry them little now squeeze peel and remove excess water and add this and fry this little and add moong dal into it add little salt and fry it for 5-8 min.thats it beerakaya pottu podicurry is ready...
