Ingredients used in Barley Yogurt Hot Soup
• Barley power - 3 tablespoons.
• Sour yogurt - 2 cup.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Ginger small pinch - 1 numbers.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Onion small - 1 numbers.
• Salt small quantity to taste - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - few piece.
• Cilantro small bunch - 1 numbers.
Method:
First wash and peel Potato make small pieces keep it aside, then cut Onion into small pieces then saute them in cooking pan with little bit of OLIVE OIL, curry leaves let it saute few more minutes so that potato will cook throughly mean while take Mixie Jar add Yogurt, green chilly, Ginger and grind throughy for 1-2 min and then stop mixie add 3 tsp of Barley flour and then grind througly for 1-2 min little salt may be added to the yogurt mix then pour the yogurt mix into the cooking pan where Potato & Onion being cooked, cook the yogurt mix throughly for 4-5 min , garnish with cilantro leaves serve Hot and it should be relished with few drops of Ghee, for people who can not tolerate spicy green chillie good break fast or evening snack and tastes good in rainy/wintery evening
