Ingredients used in BARBECUE FLAVOURED LAMB
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Crush pepper - 3 tablespoons.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Jaggery/brown sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Green apple - 1 piece.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lamb - 500 grams.
• Fig - 2 numbers.
• Pine apple - 3 piece.
• Sweet potato - 10 small piece.
Method:
  • In a bowl add chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, jaggery, oil, mix it well.
  • In this add lamb pieces, and marinate them, keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Take marinated lamb pieces add paste of green apple and onion, red chilly paste, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, crushed pepper, tomato ketchup, and mix it well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Take a pan put it on the flame on a medium heat, add lamb pieces, cook it for few minutes.
  • In this add figs, sweet potato, pineapple, let them saute it.

Great recipe for the summer... but when you say you are going to do a full fledged bbq recipe session after your vacation, don't put 10 videos a day. Just an advice, a lot of us are missing videos without even knowing. But have a good vacation!!
