Potato Capsicum Fried Rice -Bangala Dhumpa Capsicum Masala Fried Rice

Ingredients used in Potato Capsicum Fried Rice -Bangala Dhumpa Capsicum Masala Fried Rice
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soaked rice - 2 cups.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry coconut pieces - 3 small.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Oil - as required.
• Potato (chopped) - 2 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Red capsicum (chopped) - 1 number.
• Yellow capsicum (chopped) - 1 number.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan, season with salt, add rice and cook it.
  • Dry roast dry red chilies, peppercorns, dry coconut pieces, chana dal, urad dal, garlic, curry leaves andgrind to a coarse powder.
  • Heat oil in a fresh pan, add chopped potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, hing, mint leaves, chopped red and yellow capsicum pieces, prepared masala powder, lime juice and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Now transfer thecooked rice and toss it well.

Hot and delicious Bangala Dhumpa Capsicum Masala Fried Rice is now ready to servewith raitha of your choice.
