Ingredients used in Banana Pie
• Ripe banana (mashed) - 1.5 cups.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 2/3 cup.
• Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup.
• Milk powder - 1 cup.
• Banana flavoring - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cream of tartar - 1/4 tea.
• Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tea.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Beat eggs, sugar, milk,all-purposeflour, cream of tartar, nutmeg, banana flavor and salt until smooth.
  • Then add in bananas. Blend well.
  • Pour the mixture in a buttered 9-inch glass pie dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

Pie may be served chilled with whipped topping or at room temperature.
