Ingredients used in Banana fritters
• Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch.
• Grated zest of 1 lemon - 1 numbers.
• Milk - 300 ml.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Baking powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 30 grams.
• Self-raising flour - 200 grams.
• Bananas - 6 numbers.
• Grated nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Hot oil for frying - 1 to fry.
Method:
Peel bananas and cut in half. Prepare the batter, using the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and milk then set aside for an hour. Flavour with grated lemon zest, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Dip the pieces of banana into the batter, making sure they are well-covered, then fry in oil for a few minutes until golden.
