Ingredients used in Baloo sahi
• Butter or dalda - 50 grams.
• Water - as required.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Sugar - 250 grams.
• Maida - 250 grams.
• Curd - 100 grams.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add maida, bakingsoda, baking powder mix well then add butter or dalda crumble it.
  • Now add curd and mix well keep it side for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 Minutes take the dough mix till the dry powder or maida is absorbed, now take the dough like small dumplings make a round shape, in the middle make a dent or Hole.
  • Now in another pan add sugar add water, lime juice make boil till one string consistency syrup.
  • In a pan add oil to fry baloo sahi deep fry in a very slow flame till light golden colour.
  • Then add the same to sugar syrup dip for 2 minutes and remove.
