Baked yogurt pudding with Pineapple & Rose syrup

Ingredients used in Baked yogurt pudding with Pineapple & Rose syrup
• Curd/yogurt (hung curd) - 500 ml.
• Whipping cream - 500 ml.
• Condensed milk - 1 can.
• Rose syrup - 4-5 tablespoons.
• Pineapple - 1 can.
Method:
Place the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it tight and keep in sieve till all water drains out.....for 2-3 hours. Whip the cream till stiff. Add in the condensed mil and mix well with hand mixer and lastly add in the hung curd & mix well. Pre-heat the oven and pour the above contents onto a baking dish. Now, place the dish in a baking tray and pour 2 cups of water in the tray. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes @ 150 degree. Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely. Once it cools down, place in the refrigerator overnight. Garnish with sliced pineapple and drizzle rose syrup all over. Serve chilled.
