Ingredients used in Baked Oyster
• Oyster - 500 grams.
• Mushroom - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Spinach - 100 grams.
• Butter - 3 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 3 tablespoons.
• Milk - 2 cups.
• Chicken bouillon powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Wash oyster with salt. Slice onion thinly. Cut mushroom and spinach into bite-sized pieces.
  • Put butter in a frying pan and saute mushroom, onion slices, and spinach.
  • Add flour in the pan and stir well. cook it for few minutes.

Serve hot.
