Baked Methi ki Tikki

Ingredients used in Baked Methi ki Tikki
• Black pepper seeds - 4-5 numbers.
• Methi leaves/fenugreek(cut fine) - 1 bunch.
• Besan - 1/2 cup.
• Wheat flour (coarse if available) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies finely cut - 1-2 numbers.
• Dry dhania seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Add methi leaves, oil to flour. Also, add all the masalas to the flour. Knead the flour till consistent. The flour should be thick and make small round balls.
  • Preheat oven to 350-400oF and bake the tikki for 10-15 minutes till golden yellow.
  • Serve hot with Chutney's (date or coriander). Yum!
